Meet Our Bengal Kittens

We’ll help you get to know the kitten you’re interested in. Include their name in your enquiry so we can discuss their personality and availability.

Let’s find the right kitten for your home

Tell us about your household, other pets and preferred timing. We use this to consider which kitten could be a good fit for your home.

What Your Bengal Kitten Comes With

We want you to feel prepared for collection and the first days at home.

A familiar routine

Guidance on feeding, settling in, play and a secure home helps you prepare for the transition.

Your kitten’s records

We discuss the care and paperwork relevant to your kitten with you before collection.

Someone to come back to

You can contact us with general care and settling questions. Your veterinarian remains the first contact for health concerns.

Care, paperwork and extras

We discuss veterinary care, vaccinations, microchipping, desexing and any applicable pedigree documents for the kitten you’re considering. Your written kitten details set out the agreed inclusions.

Food, a carrier, insurance and other extras are included only when specified in those written details.

Bengal Kitten Prices

Enquire about the kitten you’re interested in. We’ll explain the price, what’s included and the next steps before you make a commitment.

Deposit and balance

We provide written reservation terms before you pay a deposit, including payment dates and the conditions for a refund or transfer.

Collection and transport

Collection is arranged in North Melbourne. We consider interstate transport case by case and discuss any additional costs before you agree.

Your enquiry does not reserve a kitten or require payment.

Health Testing Behind Our Bengal Kittens

We consider health, genetic factors, temperament and compatibility when planning our breeding, with veterinary advice informing our decisions.

We discuss the relevant kitten and parent health information with you, including the cat tested, the type of screening and the date.

No screening can guarantee lifelong health. DNA testing, heart screening and routine kitten care answer different questions.

PRA-b and PK-Def DNA Testing

These tests relate to specific inherited variants affecting vision and red blood cells. Clear, carrier and affected results have different meanings; both parents’ results matter.

HCM Cardiac Screening

HCM affects the heart. Echocardiography assesses its structure and function. A general DNA panel does not establish that a Bengal is free of every form of heart disease.

North Melbourne Collection and Interstate Enquiries

We prefer collection in North Melbourne where practical and arrange it in advance with each approved family.

If you live interstate, include your suburb, state and postcode in your enquiry. We consider professional pet transport case by case, taking account of the kitten’s welfare, readiness and proposed journey.

We do not arrange visits or meet and greets. Your enquiry gives us the opportunity to discuss a suitable kitten and answer your questions before collection.

Planning an interstate journey

We consider the destination, journey duration, kitten’s age and health, provider availability and destination requirements before agreeing to transport. Costs and timing are discussed once the destination and method are known. Transport is additional unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Before travel, confirm the route, carrier, handover responsibilities, documents and what happens if weather or welfare considerations change the booking.

Domestic transport is different from importing a Bengal into Australia. From 1 March 2026, Bengal cats are no longer permitted to enter Australia. Australian Government import guidance.

Is a Bengal the Right Cat for Your Home?

Our Bengals are active, curious cats. A suitable home gives them daily interaction, space to climb and explore, and a secure environment. It does not have to be a large home.

  • Time for play and attention each day.
  • Safe climbing, scratching and enrichment.
  • Secure doors, windows and outdoor access.
  • A plan for ongoing care as your life changes.

Tell us about children and other animals in your home. Temperament and gradual introductions matter, and we consider each household individually.

Bengal Colours and Patterns

Our kitten photographs show warm brown rosettes and pale snow colouring. Let us know if you have a preference, while keeping temperament and the right match at the centre of your decision.

Colour, pattern and availability

Brown, snow and silver describe colour groups. Rosetted and marble describe patterns; charcoal is another appearance descriptor you may encounter. These terms are not a statement of current availability.

We discuss the individual kitten rather than treating a particular colour as a guarantee of temperament, health or quality. Explore Bengal breed information.
